Exhibition Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy
① If canceled within 7 days after booking, there is no cancellation fee. ② Cancellation fees are applied based on the following criteria from the date of the intended visit: - Up to 10 days before the visit: 2,000 KRW per ticket - 9 days before to 7 days before the visit: 10% of the ticket price - 6 days before to 3 days before the visit: 20% of the ticket price - 2 days before to 1 day before the visit: 30% of the ticket price
Precautions * If both ① and ② apply, the criteria of ② will take precedence. * Even under the criteria of ②, there will be no cancellation fee if canceled before 12:00 AM on the day of the booking (within the cancellation period). * Please refer to the Interpark regulations within the ticket reservation link for detailed cancellation policies.

* This exhibition operates on a reservation basis for each viewing session, and entry is limited regardless of ticket type. Tickets for each session may be sold out early.

Exhibition Ticket Discounts
- Senior citizens aged 65 and above, individuals with disabilities are eligible for a 30% discount. Proof of eligibility is required (failure to present relevant documents may result in ticket cancellation on-site, requiring repurchase). - Students majoring in arts and holders of Art Pass are entitled to a 30% discount. Student ID or Art Pass must be presented (discount applies to the eligible individual only, and multiple discounts cannot be applied). - Culture Day: Every last Wednesday 50% discount (effective from March 2024). - Multiple Visits Event: Enjoy a 50% discount on exhibition tickets for repeat visits (paid ticket must be presented, and upon verification at the venue, additional payment may be required if conditions are not met).

Parking
- 2 hours of complimentary parking discount will be provided to all exhibition ticket holders - 1 hour of complimentary parking discount will be provided to all art shop and FnB customers - 3 hours of maximum complimentary parking discount will be provided. Beyond the maximum complimentary parking, it is 3,000 KRW per hour.
* Parking spaces are limited. Therefore, it may take some time to park and arrive at the exhibition center. Please arrive earlier than the entrance time to aviod any inconvenience.

You can enter 30 minutes before the session you selected during ticket reservation. To ensure a safe and smooth entry, please adhere to the reservation time

Can tickets be purchased on-site if online tickets are sold out?
You can purchase tickets on-site but the on-site tickets can also be sold out. Please be mindful that desired session might not be available.
What is the running time of the exhibition?
The running time of the exhibition is approximately 50 minutes.
Is it possible to bring beverages into the exhibition area?
Yes, you can only bring bottled water into the exhibition area.
Is photography allowed inside the exhibition area?
Yes, photography is allowed inside the exhibition area.
