Exhibition Ticket Discounts
- Senior citizens aged 65 and above, individuals with disabilities, and national merit recipients are eligible for a 20% discount. Proof of eligibility is required (failure to present relevant documents may result in ticket cancellation on-site, requiring repurchase). - Culture Day: Every last Wednesday 50% discount (Only available for on-site purchases). - Multiple Visits Event: Enjoy a 30% discount on exhibition tickets for repeat visits (paid ticket must be presented; screenshots are not accepted. Upon verification at the venue, additional payment may be required if conditions are not met).
- 2 hours of complimentary parking discount will be provided to all exhibition ticket holders - 1 hour of complimentary parking discount will be provided to all art shop and FnB customers - 3 hours of maximum complimentary parking discount will be provided. Beyond the maximum complimentary parking, it is 3,000 KRW per hour.
* Parking spaces are limited. Therefore, it may take some time to park and arrive at the exhibition center. Please arrive earlier than the entrance time to aviod any inconvenience.

Is re-entry to the exhibition allowed?
Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the exhibition.
When can I enter after purchasing a ticket?
Entry is allowed from 10 minutes before the opening time. For online tickets, entry is permitted 30 minutes after purchase. Please adhere to your reservation time for a safe and pleasant exhibition environment.
When is the last entry?
The last entry for the exhibition is one hour before closing.
Can I purchase tickets on-site if online tickets are sold out?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site. However, please note that tickets may sell out quickly, and there may be a wait time depending on the situation.
What is the runtime of the exhibition video?
The runtime of the exhibition is approximately 50 minutes and it repeats every hour.
Can I bring food and drinks into the exhibition?
Yes, simple snacks and beverages are allowed, but meals that may disturb other visitors are not. Please dispose of trash in the bins outside the exhibition area.

How can I use the shuttle bus?
The shuttle bus operates from Cheonho Station Exit 1, located 100 meters in front of Donggukseong. Please arrive with ample time to ensure timely entry.
