Exhibition Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy
① If canceled within 7 days after booking, there is no cancellation fee. ② Cancellation fees are applied based on the following criteria from the date of the intended visit: - Up to 10 days before the visit: 2,000 KRW per ticket - 9 days before to 7 days before the visit: 10% of the ticket price - 6 days before to 3 days before the visit: 20% of the ticket price - 2 days before to 1 day before the visit: 30% of the ticket price
Precautions * If both ① and ② apply, the criteria of ② will take precedence. * Even under the criteria of ②, there will be no cancellation fee if canceled before 12:00 AM on the day of the booking (within the cancellation period). * Please refer to the Interpark regulations within the ticket reservation link for detailed cancellation policies.

Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the exhibition.
When can I enter after purchasing a ticket?
Entry is allowed from 10 minutes before the opening time. For online tickets, entry is permitted 30 minutes after purchase. Please adhere to your reservation time for a safe and pleasant exhibition environment.
When is the last entry?
The last entry for the exhibition is one hour before closing.
Can I purchase tickets on-site if online tickets are sold out?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on-site. However, please note that tickets may sell out quickly, and there may be a wait time depending on the situation.
What is the runtime of the exhibition video?
The runtime of the exhibition is approximately 50 minutes and it repeats every hour.
Can I bring food and drinks into the exhibition?
Yes, simple snacks and beverages are allowed, but meals that may disturb other visitors are not. Please dispose of trash in the bins outside the exhibition area.

Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available. - Exhibition visitors receive 2 hours of free parking. - Art shop and F&B patrons receive 1 hour of free parking. - After the maximum free parking period of 3 hours, a fee of 3,000 KRW per hour applies. *Parking spaces are limited, and there may be delays from parking to entry. Please arrive with ample time to ensure timely entry.
